Forgive me for gloating or over dramatizing, but I AM GONNA GO SEE KT TUNSTALL LIVE IN SINGAPORE!!!!
MY FAVOURITE ARTISTE!!!
IN HER ONLY LIVE SHOW IN SOUTH EAST ASIA!!!
Hailed as a folk-rock queen by Rollings Stones, KT is well-known for her live shows that have entertained and cultivated millions of fans around the world through her sell-out concert tours.
This once-in-a-life-time gig falls on 27 March 2008 (sorry Khai Yuan, I won’t be here to celebrate your birthday!) at 8 pm in Suntec City Convention Hall. Tickets are priced at S$140 for free standing while S$100 and S$75 free seating tickets are also available. Anyone interested can book through http://www.sistic.com.sg.
Seriously people, you won’t want to miss mind-blowing tunes such as “Suddenly I See”, “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree”, and “Other Side of the World” from her hugely-acclaimed first album “Eye to the Telescope” as well as her follow-up record “Drastic Fantastic”‘s first two singles “Hold On” and “Saving my Face”. I would not say that her songs are sinful, but you have absolutely no choice no matter how intransigent you are to surrender to the temptation to the songstress’s soulful voice and electrifying guitar-playing prowess.
One thing can be sure though, the Good, the Bad, and the Plain Old Lazy will be there when the barrage of emotions flood into all the concert-goers in our neighbours’ backyard on what I would bill as “Drastic Fantastic Thursday”!
See you there!!!
